DESCRIPTION

Arc welding robotic complex (AWRC) is made as an accomplished module which includes the following:

• Industrial robot KAWASAKI type FA006E FD40
• Two-position turntable model MPRS-250
• Welding equipment FRONIUS TS500
• Filter-ventilation device Extor 3500-2S
• Frame construction

AWRC has two production zones: zone of load/unload of details and zone of automatic welding. This allows to perform automatic welding with minimum amounts of stops for load/unload.

Distinctive special features of the complex: function of finding starting point of welding and tracking of the seam, sensor of collision and automatic device for torch cleaning and trimming the wire.

Six degrees of robot mobility and two degrees of turn table mobility integrated as own robot axes, provide the optimum position of detail during entire welding process.

Filter-ventilation device with self-cleaning system ensures the effective sucking of the exhaust gases, their cleaning and ejection into the room already purified air.
