DESCRIPTION

Plasma cutting robotic complex (PCRC) is meant to fulfil technological operation of the plasma cutting of volumetric details in the automatic regime. PCRC is executed in the form of the final module, which includes the following:

• Industrial manipulator KAWASAKI type FA006E FD40
• Two-position turntable PPC100
• Plasma cutting equipment Kjellberg HiFocus 130
• Filter-ventilation device Coral
• Frame construction

PCRC has two production zones: zone of load/unload of details and the zone of automated cutting. This allows to perform automatic cutting with minimum amounts of stops for load/unload.

Manipulator has function AVC (automatic current check-up) ensures the assigned distance between plasmatron and work piece, which is necessary for the quality cutting. The sensor of collision protects plasmatron from the damage with the unsanctioned collision with the obstacle. The high-quality equipment for the plasma cutting Kjellberg HiFocus 130 provides quality cut, which is almost like laser cut.

Six degrees mobility of robot and two degrees mobility of positioner, integrated as own axes of the robot, provide the optimum position of detail during entire process of cutting. Filter-ventilation device with self-cleaning system ensures the effective sucking of the exhaust gases, their cleaning and ejection into the room only purified air.
