DESCRIPTIONThe robotic complex of polishing (RCPDH) is created based on industrial manipulator Kawasaki FS 020N with the use of polishing machines for the preliminary and finishing polishing in the automatic regime.
In order to provide non-stop working process, RCPDH has accumulator for details with the possibility of the installation of different modifications and the receiving-transmitting device to transfer details to robot and the installation of finished details to the accumulator. This makes it possible to organize work of RCPDH in such a way that there is no need for human assistance in a long period of time.
