A new robotic work cell, designed and installed by Belfin Co. at “Briansk Arsenal”, a company under group “GAZ”. This robotic work cell application is Arc Welding (Time Twin) and is equipped using a Kawasaki® industrial manipulator.
This high-tech solution from Belfin Co. allows for more thorough and consistent welding of the front frame, balancers and other parts with greater accuracy and higher quality than the previous work method.
Replacement of the worn out equipment has allowed the customer not only to support stable rates of manufacturing, but also to raise the quality of production, and also to reduce energy consumption and costs relating to material waste and losses from rejects (flaw) parts.
