Robotic machine tool loading and unloading of taps
Description of Project: | The robotic work cell provides automatic loading and unloading of taps to the machining center. The work cell is equipped with a laser sensor for quality control with automatic rejection of substandard products. The pneumatic gripper is equipped with a set of replaceable jaws for taps of various shapes and sizes. The Fanuc robot contoller and the CNC (Siemens) of the metalworking machine Flutemat are fully synchronized and integrated into a single control system of the work cell, which provides fully automatic and safe operation of the entire process. |
